Ini
Nwoko

Ini Nwoko currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of T.E.N.E.F. USA. Ini has served within the Redeemed Christian Church of God as a Minister of the gospel of Jesus Christ for over 20 years.

He has also practiced as a Consultant for Safety and Environmental Compliance to the Oil and Gas Industry and within the Government both in Nigeria and USA in the last 30 years.
Although Ini is a chemist by training, he has pioneered several innovative ideas for the welfare of the public. In 2015, Ini pulled together a group of passionate professionals who started Health and Safety Practitioners Association (HASPA) in Nigeria.

Board Member - Marketing and Advertising Professional

John C. Christian

John C Christian is a production executive and team leader on marketing and advertising projects for international and regional clients.

Raised in New Orleans, John has worked over 30 years in the communication industry in various capacities. He has held staff and freelance positions with major advertising agencies, cutting edge creative suppliers and non-profit organizations in Dallas, Los Angeles and Houston.

John served as Director of Marketing at KSBJ Educational Foundation, Head of Production at Mattel’s Creative Advertising Services, and Station Manager for Lone Star College’s educational television station. In his volunteer and professional positions, John has orchestrated award winning advertising to raise awareness and funds for The United Way, Village Learning and Achievement Center, Make A Wish Foundation, The American Breast Cancer Research Foundation and others.

Bosede Airhia

Bosede Airhia works in the Office of Development at Texas Southern University as a Gift processing Specialist. She has been instrumental to systems improvement in the department.

Bosede Ozavogu Airhia is currently a doctoral student majoring in Education Administration at Texas Southern University (TSU) in Houston Texas. She comes with immense experience to the Board having been the CEO of Schekinah Mentors – a nonprofit organization assisting high school dropouts to acquire their GED, equipping ex-convicts with the necessary tools geared towards seamless integration into the society, and providing basic computer training/technology to students.
She is happily married with a daughter.

Mr. Kevin Franklin “Coach Franklin” is the Owner, Head Coach, and General Manager of the Semi-Pro Basketball teanm “Houston Havok” of the UBA, based out of Houston, Texas. Born and raised and educated in Lynn, Massachusetts.

He has been recognized with awards as the Owner/GM of the year 2011-2012 and 2014-2015 in the UBA; UBA Most Outstanding Coach of the Playoffs 2014-2015 and UBA North Head Coach All Star team 2013,2015,2018. Western Conference UBA Champions 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 and 2018-2019. UBA National Semi-Finalist 2012 and 2015.
Coach Franklin recruits and train youths who are aspiring to pursue professional career in the game of basketball whether in USA or Internationally.

Lori McDowell’s journey to becoming a member of TENEF’s Board of Directors is a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence. Her diverse background is nothing short of impressive, including roles in business development, technical sales, marketing, and research and development.

With her remarkable journey spanning companies like Matheson, Praxair, and WR Grace, Lori has honed her skills and expertise across multiple domains. Beyond her corporate endeavors, Lori McDowell is deeply committed to empowering individuals and businesses.

Her strategic partnership with Schooley Mitchell, where she assists businesses in optimizing operations, exemplifies her dedication to operational excellence. At Reimagine U Strategies (where she is the CEO), she helps individuals navigate challenges and achieve fulfillment through training, coaching, and public speaking.

Lori McDowell’s involvement in professional organizations has been outstanding. Since 1992, she has been an active member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE), holding various roles, including serving on the Board of Directors. Her contributions to the field of chemical engineering and leadership have made her a respected figure in the industry.

TENEF USA exists to support the educational development of youths in economically disadvantage communities through carefully researched and implemented outreaches.
