First In Family College Bound Scholarships (FIFCB)

First In Family College Bound Scholarships (FIFCB) – TENEF provides scholarships to students who are the first in their families to pursue higher education. Launched in 2022, this program is offered in partnership with the Humble ISD Education Foundation, awarding scholarships annually to two graduating seniors.
